Welcome to Advance Roofing & Building. We are a small family run business with over 25 years experience in the trade.

Based in Chesterfield, we work throughout Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire providing professional roofing and building services.
We are able to provide quotes for most roofing and building works including:
Complete re-roofs, tile replacement, soffits and fascias, chimney works, guttering works, lead valley replacement,house extensions, garage/greenhouse bases, driveways, boundary walls, doors and windows supplied and fitted, pond construction and insurance works.

We are able to offer a professional service of a high standard to our customers from the initial consultation right through to the completion of the works.

At Advance Roofing and Building we work mainly for private clients and property owners and due to the high standard of our work, most of our business has been gained through word of mouth and previous customer recommendations.

'Advance Roofing and Building have just completed a Utility room extension on the back of our house. From start to finish they were professional and excellent. Dealing with the plans, sorting the buildings inspectors, making sure we knew what was occurring. Not fazed at all when the footings had to be changed to a raft etc. Solid, good quality finished Job at a good, fair price. I wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending them for any size/type of building project, because I know they'll do the Job to a high standard. The fact that Vance and Matt are thoroughly decent blokes and you're working with a family business is a bonus. I'll be asking them to do future work for us. (when we can afford the tea bags!).'
